What You'll Do:
As a Receptionist, you will carry out our Mission of Love by greeting and striving to meet or exceed the needs of visitors, residents and staff; provide basic information and services offered; provide directions for campus events; assists the Assistant Executive Director/HC Administrator's office with diversified administrative support services in a professional and organized manner.
Our Receptionist is responsible for the following:
- Provide exceptional customer service to residents, staff and visitors.
- Answer telephone calls and relays messages in a professional and efficient manner.
- Provide backup with phone and cable processes for residents and staff.
- Provide campus directions and basic information on services offered.
- Provide administrative support services to the Assistant Executive Director/HC Administrator's office.
- Provide additional support services to other areas.
- Ability to multi-task to manage many different tasks at one time including taking messages, scheduling appointments, and providing customer service.
What You Have:
- High School graduate or equivalent.
- Three years of related experience required. Business courses or background preferred.
- Current knowledge of office software such as Microsoft Word, Excel, or related software.
- Current knowledge in the operation of general office equipment.
- Ability to type a minimum 55 words per minute.
- Effective written and oral communication skills required. Effective organizational skills required
