Overview of Key Duties and Responsibilities:
The Millwright LME position works as part of a team to ensure optimal performance of the mill. This position requires experience and knowledge of electrical, hydraulic, pneumatic and conveyer systems. This position works all over the site in varied temperatures, dusty or noisy conditions, working from heights or in confined or restricted spaces. This position needs a working knowledge of industrial equipment and is responsible for installing, repairing, and maintaining machinery and equipment according to lay out plans, blueprints, and other drawings. The position holder must be able to carry out their assigned job duties in accordance with all rules, regulations and safety policies and procedures. Millwrights need to have proficiency in use of hand or power tools as well as precision measuring devices and testing equipment. Millwrights work to minimize and eliminate production downtime and equipment malfunctions by successfully maintaining all equipment/machinery, forecasting potential issues, performing inspections, and troubleshooting issues to consistently deliver proactive resolutions. This position requires an Oregon Limited Maintenance Electrician license is required to aid the maintenance team with on-going work regarding electrical components that operate at 600 volts and less.

POSITION QUALIFICATIONS:
- 3-4 years of direct experience required
- Oregon LME and/or LME, PJ License required
- Ability to read and interpret blueprints, drawings, plans and technical manuals
- Ability to use and proficiency in the use of hand and power tools
- Ability to use and knowledge of various types of measuring devices and tools
- Ability to troubleshoot machinery issues and find a solution
- Ability to fix and knowledge of the different aspects and parts of machinery in use, like hydraulic, pneumatic, or mechanical components
- Ability to operate machinery and test for diagnosis or function ability
- Ability and knowledge of the use of equipment like, rigging, forklifts, ladders, or dollies
- Ability to always work in a safe and responsible manner
- Ability to troubleshoot electrical issues and maintain components of the site that are covered under the LME licensing
