The Production Supervisor position is responsible for coordinating and directing Team Members to support high-volume manufacturing operations, including determining effective processes to get things done, and organizing people and activities efficiently.
The Production Supervisor plans and assigns work, administers policies and procedures, and recommends improvements in production methods, equipment, operating procedures and working conditions.
They are also responsible for achieving immediate and short-term objectives as described by the Plant Manager.

The Production Supervisor position is responsible for coordinating and directing Team Members to support high-volume manufacturing operations, including determining effective processes to get things done, and organizing people and activities efficiently.

They are also responsible for achieving immediate and short-term objectives as described by the Plant Manager.
Requirements:
- HS Diploma or GED
- Minimum of two years in a production supervisor role in a lean, high-volume manufacturing environment
- Experience working in a lumber manufacturing environment a plus
- Proven experience related to lean principles and practices, and continuous improvement
- Able to use simple math and use basic handheld measuring tools
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office and Excel
- Fluency in English, both written and spoken. Bilingual in Spanish a plus.
- On rare occasions, applicants must be available to work at least one weekend day.
- Must be able to push, pull and/or lift to 40 pounds.
- Must be able to stand for 10-hour shifts
- Will need their own safety toe shoes to start employment.
