What are the responsibilities and job description for the Front of House Manager position at Masons Brewing Company LLC?
A qualified candidate will have at least 5 years of experience in the restaurant industry with a focus on great hospitality with some management experience required. Must be able to communicate well with guests, team members, and other management. Working knowledge of Point of Sale, scheduling apps, and menu builder applications a plus.
Responsibilities will include, but not limited to, training and supervising FOH staff, handling guest relations, ensuring a seamless dining experience for Mason's guests, overseeing day-to-day operations of FOH, and working Expo window to ensure quality control of all food leaving the kitchen
