Job Summary
The Treatment Coordinator plays a crucial role in ensuring the smooth operation of our medical office by managing patient treatment plans and coordinating care. The Treatment Coordinator will oversee patient interactions, maintain compliance with HIPAA regulations, and collaborate with healthcare professionals to deliver high-quality care.
Duties
- Coordinate and manage patient treatment plans, ensuring all necessary documentation is completed accurately and timely.
- Supervise office staff and assist in training new employees on office procedures and systems.
- Maintain compliance with HIPAA regulations to protect patient confidentiality.
- Manage scheduling of appointments, follow-ups, and referrals to ensure continuity of care.
- Oversee budgeting for the treatment department, ensuring resources are allocated efficiently.
- Utilize Eaglesoft software for patient management and record keeping.
- Provide support in acute care and critical care settings as needed.
- Assist with office management tasks to ensure a well-functioning medical office environment.
Skills
- Strong knowledge of HIPAA regulations and medical office management practices.
- Proficiency in using systems such as Eaglesoft for managing patient records.
- Excellent organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
- Experience in supervising staff and fostering a collaborative team environment.
- Ability to handle budgeting responsibilities effectively.
- Familiarity with acute care and critical care processes is preferred.
- Strong communication skills, both verbal and written, to interact with patients and healthcare providers.

Pay: $25.00 - $28.00 per hour
