Position Overview
We are seeking a detail-oriented and motivated Fulfillment Associate to join our Wholesale team. This individual will be responsible for accurately handling, packaging, and organizing wholesale cannabis inventory in compliance with Massachusetts Cannabis Control Commission (CCC) regulations. The Fulfillment Associate plays a vital role in ensuring product quality, delivery efficiency, and excellent service to our wholesale and retail partners.
Key Responsibilities
- Use computerized inventory systems to track, record, and manage wholesale cannabis inventory.
- Package pre-approved orders accurately and coordinate delivery timelines with the delivery team.
- Maintain strict compliance with CCC regulations and MAC standards throughout all vault operations.
- Audit live Apex menus to ensure product accuracy, including batch info, COAs, pricing, and buyer types.
- Collaborate with wholesale, processing, inventory, dispatch, and retail teams to ensure proper communication and order accuracy.
- Assist with receiving, unpacking, and inspecting incoming inventory against manifests and invoices.
- Ensure the vault’s cleanliness, efficiency, and product categorization standards are maintained.
- Support distribution and delivery logistics, including weight verifications and manifest checks.
- Perform additional duties as needed to support daily business operations, including occasional extended hours.
Skills and Qualifications
- 2 years in a fast-paced, inventory-based role (cannabis industry preferred).
- Proficiency in METRC, Apex, Microsoft Office Suite, and Excel.
- Strong analytical, mathematical, and data management skills.
- High attention to detail in a highly regulated environment.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team.
- Excellent communication, problem-solving, and time management skills.
- Must be 21 years or older.
- Able to follow strict work procedures and compliance protocols.
Physical Requirements
- Ability to stand, walk, crouch, bend, and reach for extended periods.
- Lift and carry up to 50 lbs for up to 100 feet.
- Travel in vehicles for extended periods as needed.
- Work in environments with moderate to loud noise levels.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: From $20.00 per hour
Expected hours: 40 – 45 per week
