Barrel One Collective (B1C) is seeking a passionate and dynamic Sales Representative to join our team and lead growth throughout the state of New Hampshire. As a key member of our sales force, you’ll represent the B1C brand, build lasting relationships, and help expand our presence across the Granite State.
Position Overview
As a Sales Representative, you will play a vital role in promoting and selling B1C’s diverse portfolio to both on-premise and off-premise accounts. Your mission will be to develop strong partnerships, increase visibility, and ensure our products are well represented across New Hampshire.
To be successful in this role, you must live in Southern or Central New Hampshire, allowing you to effectively connect with accounts and maintain a strong local presence.

- Account Management: Cultivate and maintain positive relationships with retail partners, bar staff, and distributor sales teams.
- Market Expansion: Identify and secure new business opportunities to grow B1C’s footprint across New Hampshire.
- Product Promotion: Execute promotions such as in-store tastings, beer festivals, and on-premise activations.
- Training & Education: Provide product knowledge and training to accounts and distributors to ensure brand awareness and accuracy.
- Inventory Oversight: Monitor product levels, ensure freshness, and optimize shelf placements and displays.
- Industry Knowledge: Familiarity with beer production, distribution, and various beer styles.
- Regulatory Awareness: Understanding of New Hampshire alcohol beverage laws and promotional guidelines.
- Communication Skills: Strong verbal and written communication abilities.
- Technical Proficiency: Experience with Office 365, CRM tools, and digital reporting platforms.
- Mobility: Valid driver’s license, clean driving record, and willingness to travel throughout the state.
- Passion: A deep appreciation for craft beer and a self-driven, competitive mindset.
