Responsibilities
- Greet and welcome guests in a friendly and professional manner
- Answer and screen phone calls
- Organize and schedule meetings as needed
- Maintaining office cleanliness and organization of resources
- Any other task that may be assigned
Work Hrs
10 am - 5 pm on Monday, Tuesday, Thursday, & Friday
Qualifications
- Bilingual (Spanish/English)
- Proven experience as an outstanding receptionist
- Knowledge of spreadsheets and word-processing documents
- Excellent customer service skills and courteous phone manner
- Time management and organizational skills
- Exceptional attention to detail
- Ability to organize and create orderly systems
- Experienced in computer technology that includes excel, Google Docs, PowerPoint, and social media marketing
