Your role will be pivotal in ensuring that every workspace is not only clean but also a welcoming environment for both employees and clients.

What You’ll Do:

As a Commercial Cleaner, you'll be responsible for:

- Conducting general cleaning duties such as glass cleaning, sweeping, mopping, dusting, and vacuuming with meticulous precision.

- Sanitizing fixtures, exterior of appliances, restrooms, kitchens, and communal areas to ensure a hygienic space for everyone.

- Properly disposing of trash and recycling according to our eco-friendly policies.

- Maintaining an inventory of cleaning supplies and equipment, making sure everything is stocked and in tip-top shape.

- Reporting maintenance issues or safety hazards promptly to your supervisor.

- Following established cleaning schedules and protocols to guarantee consistency and excellence in service.

What We’re Looking For:

To succeed in this role, you should possess:

- Strong attention to detail and exceptional organizational skills.

- The ability to work both independently and collaboratively with our team.

- Effective time management skills to prioritize your tasks efficiently.

- Familiarity with various cleaning products and their safe usage (a plus!).

- Physical stamina for performing repetitive tasks and the ability to lift moderate weights.

- Excellent communication skills to interact professionally with colleagues and clients.

- Reliability, a solid work ethic, and the desire to take ownership of your role.

- Flexibility in working independently while collaborating with team members.

- A willingness to grow and evolve with our expanding company.

- Must be able to pass background checks and a CORI screening.

Work Schedule:

Monday-Friday 1pm-3pm

Job Type: Part-time

Pay: Up to $18.00 per hour

Expected hours: 10 per week
