Position: Experienced Commercial Cleaner
Location: Mansfield, MA 02048
Schedule: Monday, Wednesday, and Friday | 7:00 AM - 10:30 AM
Pay Rate: $18.00/hr

Mass Commercial Cleaning (MCC) is seeking experienced, hardworking, and detail-oriented cleaners to join our growing team in Mansfield, MA. We specialize in providing top-tier cleaning services to commercial, industrial, and residential spaces, and we pride ourselves on creating clean, healthy, and welcoming environments for our clients. If you have experience in commercial, janitorial, industrial, or residential cleaning, we’d love to have you on board!
Key Responsibilities:
General Cleaning:
- Perform daily cleaning duties in office spaces, restrooms, kitchens, and common areas.
- Ensure proper waste disposal, recycling, and restocking of restroom supplies.
- Dust and wipe down surfaces, furniture, and fixtures.
- Vacuum, mop, and maintain clean, safe, and well-maintained floors.
- Keep shared spaces, such as conference rooms, entryways, and labs, in top condition.
Specialized Cleaning for Client Areas:
- Entrances/Common Areas:
- Vacuum and sweep vestibule and entrance areas, clean mats, and entry glass.
- Remove smudges, dust, and cobwebs from walls, surfaces, and windowsills.
- Offices & Conference Rooms:
- Empty wastebaskets, replace liners, and dispose of trash.
- Vacuum carpets, clean conference tables, and reset chairs.
- Cafeteria/Breakroom:
- Sweep and damp mop floors, clean tables, countertops, and appliances.
- Empty trash barrels, clean glass panels, and wipe down exterior surfaces.
- Restrooms/Locker Rooms/Shower:
- Refill soap and paper products dispensers.
- Clean and sanitize all fixtures (toilets, wash basins, urinals).
- Sweep and damp mop floors, paying attention to edges, corners, and walls.
- Empty wastebaskets, replace liners, and remove trash.

Qualifications:
- Required: Previous experience in commercial, janitorial, industrial, or residential cleaning.
- Strong attention to detail and high standards of cleanliness.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively as part of a team.
- Reliable transportation to the job site.
- Must have: Basic custodial skills, including floor care (vacuuming, mopping, and sweeping).
- Experience with industrial cleaning or facilities maintenance is a plus.
