We are seeking a Full Time, 40-hour LPN to support our Internal Medicine team located at 323 Lowell St. in Andover, MA. The desired schedule is Monday through Friday from 8 : 30am - 5 : 00pm.
The Nurse will work closely with physicians, APPs and other clinical staff to enhance the delivery of patient care services along the continuum of care. Responsibilities will include :
- Phone triage
- Rooming
- Assisting with direct patient care during office visits
- Patient education
- Care coordination
They will ensure that patients receive timely, high quality and efficient health care and support services, and will promote patient satisfaction by interacting with patients in a professional, friendly manner consistent with their needs.
Qualifications :
Previous experience in a community based medical practice preferred.
