Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree Computer Science required or Bachelor's Degree Related Field of Study required
- MGB can consider experience in lieu of a degree
Experience in healthcare information technology 3-5 years required
Skills and Abilities
- Must be able to obtain required Epic certifications as outlined by program requirements.
- Experience in the development, support or operation of software applications, preferably in a healthcare setting.
- Excellent oral and written communication skills.
- Strong interpersonal skills to effectively communicate with both technical and non-technical staff.
- Demonstrated analytic and problem-solving skills.
- Knowledge of Microsoft Office 365 and other popular office productivity solutions.
- M-F Eastern Business Hours required
- AR weekly as needed, must be flexible
- Hybrid working model includes in office onsite weekly, for business and department and weekly remote working days that require stable, secure, quiet, compliant work station.
