Rheumatologist- Cooley Dickinson Medical Group- Northampton, MA

Cooley Dickinson Medical Group’s rheumatology program is looking for a BE / BC physician to join their team. Join a team of three rheumatologists who are highly motivated, energetic and passionate about patient care.

Our program is bustling, and this physician will help grow the program and support new patients. The incumbent will see 17 to 20 patients per day, working four clinic days per week. Our clinic is located on the first floor of a beautiful, three-floor multi-specialty building in Northampton, MA. With a convenient location, just off Highway 91. We have lab and radiology services on site. We enjoy access to the latest technology including a fully integrated EMR (EPIC). Our providers focus on quality and coordination of care, not just productivity.

Our location is also convenient to all rural and major metropolitan areas throughout New England including three major cities : Hartford (45 miles), Boston (100 miles), and New York City (150 miles).

Compensation :

For a 1.0 FTE, this role has an annualize base compensation of $254,000 (guaranteed for years 1 & 2, then productivity-based) plus bonuses related to sign-on and retention.
