PAY SHOWS EARNING POTENTIAL WITH GENEROUS SHIFT DIFFERENTIALS
Compensation ranges, including differentials (weekday evenings, overnights, weekend days, weekend evenings, and Weekend overnights) by shift :
Days : $60.00-70.00 / hr
Evenings : $65-$75.00 / hr
Nights : $68.00-$78.00 / hr
Weekend Days : $64.00-$74.00 / hr
Weekend Evenings : $69.00-$79.00 / hr.
Weekend Nights : $72.00 / hr-$82.00 / hr

The IRP will allow RNs flexibility in scheduling short- or long-term assignments within our Mass General Brigham Hospitals at a premium rate of pay. Skills and Experience Required for a Registered Nurse RN Neuro ICU
o BSN is preferred
o Current licensure in Massachusetts as a registered nurse is required
o Neuro and critical care experience are preferred, but candidates with experience in general acute care and demonstrating a strong interest in the neuroscience specialty will also be considered
o This position requires you to work a day / night rotation shift
o Ideal candidate has 2 years of recent acute care RN experience; new grad RNs will not be considered.
