Key Responsibilities
* Collaborate with other professionals to maintain recognized standards.* Direct support staff and non-professional nursing personnel in maintaining recognized standards.* Provide competent, compassionate patient-centered nursing care based on scientific principles and the use of the nursing process and interdisciplinary teamwork.
* Articulate the professional nursing role to patients, families, and health team members.* Identify, plan, and implement nursing interventions. Facilitate, and evaluate outcomes of nursing care for an individual patient or group of patients.
Requirements
