Job Summary Key Responsibilities to include but not limited to: •Supervision & Mentorship: Provide leadership, training, orientation, and professional development for social work staff, including LCSWs and interns. •Clinical Assessments & Interventions: Conduct psychosocial assessments and develop individualized treatment plans for inpatients, outpatients, and emergency department patients. •Crisis Management: Perform safety assessments, including mandated abuse reporting (child, disabled adult, elder) and intervention strategies. •Care Coordination: Plan and collaborate with interdiscliplinary teams, and ensure seamless transitions of care. •Regulatory Compliance: Maintain thorough documentation in alignment with HIPAA, Joint Commission standards, and Centers for Medicare/Medicaid regulations. •Patient Advocacy: Serve as a key liaison between patients, families, and healthcare providers to promote well-being and resource accessibility. Qualifications Who We’re Looking For ✔ Master’s Degree in Social Work (MSW) or related field. ✔ LICSW, LCSW, or LMHC licensure in Massachusetts. ✔ Minimum 5 years of experience in a clinical or healthcare setting, with supervisory experience preferred. ✔ Strong knowledge of therapeutic interventions, crisis assessment, and case management. ✔ Excellent interpersonal, leadership, and communication skills. ✔ Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
