What are the responsibilities and job description for the Clinic/Practice Assistant, OBGYN - Danvers/Swampscott position at Mass General Brigham Medical Group Northern Mass?
We are seeking a full time, 40-hour Clinic/Practice Assistant to support our Danvers and Swampscott practices onsite Monday through Friday from 8:30am to 5:00pm. The role requires flexibility to travel between both sites as needed. We operate on a monthly schedule, which provides the team with clear visibility of which site they will be assigned to on any given day.
Dedicated to administrative support, our clinic/practice assistants serve as the gatekeepers of our practices and ensure that teams are delivering the highest quality experience that exceeds our patients' expectations. We are looking for well-rounded customer service professionals who can multi-task, prioritize, and thrive in an outpatient setting!
