The Application Analyst I, is part of the Epic Clinicals team and will support the build, connectivity and maintenance for mobile devices (smartphones and tablets) and peripheral devices (e-signature pads, badge readers, scanners) that are used in conjunction with Clinical applications at Dana-Farber Cancer Institute’s main and regional campuses.
The person in this role will work closely with the user community to ensure hardware and devices are functioning properly, troubleshoot issues, and drive resolution to problems. They will participate in both hardware and software upgrade projects, test enhancements and be the on-site resource for questions/issues relating the hardware that supports Voalte Communication, eConsent, Tap n Go and other Clinical system workflows. They will also be involved in the hardware requistion and provisioning process to support these initiatives. As a member of the Epic Clinicals team they may participate and support other Information Systems projects as needed.
S/he must be able to create and maintain healthy working relationships with department end-users and leadership.

Yes Licenses and Credentials Experience Related IT experience, ideally in healthcare IT environment 0-1 year required Knowledge, Skills and Abilities - Experience in the development, support, or operation of software applications, preferably in a healthcare setting. - Ability to document workflows and business processes. - Strong interpersonal skills to effectively communicate with both technical and non-technical staff. - Problem-solving skills. - Knowledge of Microsoft Office 365 and other popular office productivity solutions.

- Assists with the development and execution of testing plans and other software quality assurance tasks.
- Trains end users on the operation of software applications. Assists with the development of end user documentation.
- Provides ongoing support of the software applications by identifying and resolving issues, escalating as needed for timely resolution.
- Provides high quality, customer-focused services.
- Runs reports and performs other tasks associated with the ongoing operation of the software environment.
