About the Job
We are seeking a skilled and compassionate Registered Nurse to join our Home Health team in Massachusetts. As a RN Home Health, you will provide high-quality patient care and case management to patients and families in their homes.
Key Responsibilities
- Deliver skilled care and case management to patients/families in accordance with professional standards of practice.
- Communicate/document observations and assessments, promoting health through direct care, teaching, counseling, and rehabilitative measures.
Requirements
To be successful, you will need:
- Graduation from an approved school of professional nursing.
- A minimum of one year Medical/Surgical nursing experience required; home care/hospice experience preferred.
