Job Summary
SummaryProvide exceptional customer service and provide a fun and safe environment for the child during events and/or playtime in the play hut.

Essential Functions
-Answers telephone inquiries and take reservations for all children's supervised programs.
- Greet each member, guest, and child into the Play Hut Nursery and make them feel welcome.
- Provide a fun and safe environment for the child.
- Coordination of parties and events.
- Ensure all required paperwork and payments are received, accurate, and complete.
- Ensure the work environment for each event is maintained in a professional and safe manner.
- Serves as a liaison between the program participants, and the appropriate youth program contact.
Qualifications
High School Diploma or Equivalent required
Can this role accept experience in lieu of a degree?

Licenses and Credentials
Heartsaver CPR AED [CPR] - American Heart Association (AHA) required
Experience
Experience in planning, organizing, and facilitating events and programs of all sizes and ages. 1-2 years preferred and Childcare experience and/or Early Childhood Education. 1-2 years preferred
Knowledge, Skills and Abilities
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Ability to handle a fast-paced environment.
- Ability to execute planned curriculum.
- Requires the ability to plan and perform a wide variety of duties requiring general knowledge of policies.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
