Our team of expert obstetricians and gynecologists provide high-quality compassionate care to woman of all ages, including annual check-ups, pre-and postnatal care, and advanced gynecologic surgery. Many of our physicians are specially trained in performing minimally invasive procedures.
Job Summary
We are seeking a part-time, 16-hour Clinic/Practice Assistant to support our Swampscott practice onsite Monday and Friday from 8:30am to 5:00pm. The role requires flexibility to travel between sites as needed. We operate on a monthly schedule, which provides the team with clear visibility of which site they will be assigned to on any given day.
Dedicated to administrative support, our clinic/practice assistants serve as the gatekeepers of our practices and ensure that teams are delivering the highest quality experience that exceeds our patients' expectations. We are looking for well-rounded customer service professionals who can multi-task, prioritize, and thrive in an outpatient setting!
