About the Role
We are seeking a qualified Clinic Physical Therapist to join our team at Wentworth-Douglass Hospital in Lee, New Hampshire. As a key member of our multidisciplinary team, you will work closely with occupational therapists, speech therapists, athletic trainers, and physicians to provide comprehensive care to patients.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement individualized treatment plans based on patient assessment findings.
- Administer therapeutic interventions, including exercises and adaptive equipment, to promote patient recovery and mobility.
- Collaborate with healthcare professionals to ensure seamless patient care and discharge planning.
- Maintain accurate records of patient progress, outcomes, and charges.
- Participate in daily rounds, communicate patient status, and facilitate rehabilitation staff education.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Physical Therapy or equivalent experience.
- New Hampshire Physical Therapist License.
- AHA or ARC BLS certification within 2 weeks of hire.
