Job Summary
Under direction of the Nurse Manager, Clinical Coordinator & Charge Nurse, the Community Residence Counselor
(CRC ) provides direct patient care and participates in therapeutic milieu within the scope of defined practice. The Pavilion is an adult, unlocked, residential program treating acute and sub-acute psychiatric patients requiring comprehensive psychiatric and neuropsychiatric consultation, assessment, and treatment. The Pavilion is designed to provide unparalleled diagnostic evaluation with an emphasis on evidence-based care, discretion, flexibility, and confidentiality.
