Essential Functions
- Collaborate with clients to develop and implement business development strategies that align with their goals, market conditions, and competitive landscape.
- Conduct comprehensive market research, including competitor analysis, customer segmentation, and industry trends, to identify new business opportunities and target markets.
- Facilitate innovation workshops and brainstorming sessions to generate creative ideas and develop new products, services, or processes that differentiate the client's business.
- Assist clients in developing strategic plans, including setting goals, defining key performance indicators, and creating implementation roadmaps.
- Identify and evaluate potential partnership opportunities, collaborations, and strategic alliances that can support the client's business growth and innovation objectives.
- Develop financial models, revenue projections, and business cases to support decision-making and investment opportunities.
- Oversee and coordinate the implementation of business development and innovation projects, ensuring adherence to timelines, budgets, and deliverables.
