Job Summary
The Works Fitness Center is seeking a responsible and attentive Lifeguard to join our team and ensure the safety of our members in the pool area. As a Lifeguard, you will monitor pool activities, provide first aid if necessary, and ensure the facility’s environment is safe and enjoyable for everyone.Qualifications
Responsibilities:
Monitor swimming pool activities to ensure the safety of all members and guests. Respond quickly and efficiently in emergency situations.
High School Diploma or Equivalent required

Licenses and Credentials
Certified Basic Swim Instructor [C-BSI] - Data Conversion - Various Issuers required Heartsaver CPR AED [CPR] - American Heart Association (AHA) required Lifeguarding [ARC] - American Red Cross required
Experience
Previous Lifeguard or Swim Instructor experience 1-2 years required

- Talking to others to convey information effectively.

- Giving full attention to what other people are saying, taking time to understand the points being made, asking questions as appropriate, and not interrupting at inappropriate times.
