We are looking for an experienced Master Data Management (MDM) Platform Engineer who will be responsible for the end-to-end management of our Master Data Management platform, leveraging Profisee software hosted on the Azure cloud. In this role the candidate will work closely will cross-functional teams to understand the data requirements in the Provider space, and ensure the platform is configured to meet business objectives. This role will work in close collaboration with the MDM Data Architect to craft and deploy scalable MDM solutions. Principal Duties and Responsibilities: Design, implement and maintain our MDM solution. Configure data models, workflows, and integration services within the Profisee platform. Ensure the upkeep of Azure Kubernetes (AKS) environments hosting the MDM platform, ensuring they are consistently updated to the latest version supported by Profisee. Continuously monitor platform performance and availability to ensure optimal operation. Integration and ETL - implement data integration processes to extract, transform and load master data from various source systems into Profisee, ensuring seamless data flows for consumption by various applications. Data Modeling and Governance - develop and maintain data models that accurately represent our master data domains. Define and implement data governance policies, standards, and procedures to ensure data quality. Ensure seamless data synchronization and consolidation across disparate systems. Implement data quality processes and tools within Profisee to identify and resolve data inconsistencies, duplicates and errors. Monitor data quality metrics and KPIs to ensure data quality improvement. Collaboration and Stakeholder Management - collaborate with business stakeholders, data stewards, and technical teams to gather requirements, define data governance policies and resolve data related issues. Facilitate workshops and meetings to align MDM initiatives with business objectives. Performance Optimization - monitor and optimize the performance of the Profisee platform to ensure efficient data processing and responsiveness. Implement performance tuning techniques and scaleability enhancements as needed. Documentation and training - document Profisee platform configurations, data models, integration processes, and governance policies. Provide training and support to end users, data stewards, and Digital staff on Profisee best practices and procedures. Offer on-demand technical assistance to end users as needed. Qualifications
Bachelors Degree in business, Computer Science, healthcare, or related experience required 5 years IT or Data Analytics experience 5 years working with a MDM or AKS based platform as a systems administrator or platform engineer Healthcare experience preferred, preferably in a provider organization Strong knowledge of SQL, Azure/Cloud and MDM concepts/best practices Skills/Abilities/Competencies: Expertise in configuring and customizing Profisee/MDM components. Expertise in supporting and maintaining Kubernetes clusters or the Azure Kubernetes Service. Demonstrated experience in SQL Server and/or Snowflake. Strong programming skills in Python, Java or R. Understanding of change management techniques, and the ability to apply them Excellent verbal and written communication skills, problem solving and negotiation skills Act as an effective, collaborative team member
