What You’ll Do:
✅ Guide patients to exam rooms, take vital signs, and document medical information.
✅ Explain treatment plans, medications, and physician instructions to patients.
✅ Perform phlebotomy, collect lab specimens, and prepare samples for testing.
✅ Manage appointment scheduling, insurance forms, and office tasks with a customer-service mindset.
✅ Maintain immunization inventory and administer vaccines (if certified or experienced).
✅ Collaborate with physicians, nurse practitioners, and nursing to ensure efficient care
✅Assist with procedures
Qualifications
What We’re Looking For:
✔ Education: Medical Assistant Program, EMT or Military Trained (Associate’s in Medical Assisting preferred).
✔ Experience: 1-2 years of hands-on medical assisting experience.
✔ Certifications: Basic Life Support (BLS) & Certified Medical Assistant (CMA) w/in 1yr.
✔ Skills: Strong communication, attention to detail, proficiency in EHR systems, and ability to multitask in a busy environment.
