At Mass General Brigham, we are seeking a dedicated Registered Nurse (RN) to join our team in Sagamore Beach, Massachusetts. As a Registered Nurse on our Med Surg unit, you will be responsible for providing individualized care to patients according to the philosophy and standards of the Department of Nursing. You will assess patient needs, develop and implement personalized plans of care, and collaborate with other healthcare professionals to achieve optimal patient outcomes.
The ideal candidate will have a graduate degree from an accredited School of Nursing, with a Baccalaureate degree in Nursing being preferred. Current licensure from the Massachusetts Board of Registration as a Registered Nurse is required. We value candidates with strong verbal, electronic, and written communication skills, as well as computer proficiency and ability to learn new software.
