We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Registered Nurse to join our team at Mass General Brigham. As a Med Surg nurse, you will be responsible for providing high-quality patient care in accordance with the philosophy and standards of the Department of Nursing.
Your key responsibilities will include:
- Nursing assessment is completed accurately and timely in accordance with practice standards.
- Plan of care is developed and implemented that reflects the needs and goals of the patient.
- Nursing care is provided, evaluated and modified to achieve goals and objectives.
In addition to your clinical skills, you will also have the opportunity to mentor and teach healthcare team members as needed, and participate in team conferences and meetings to achieve stated goals.
