Job Summary
SummaryResponsible for patient care, collaboration within interdisciplinary teams, and ensuring the highest standards of healthcare are maintained through skilled nursing expertise, support, and advocacy for patients.

Essential Functions-Provide comprehensive nursing care to patients in accordance with established protocols.
- Collaborate with healthcare teams to develop and implement patient care plans.
- Administer medications, monitor patient conditions, and assist in treatments and procedures.
- Maintain accurate patient records and ensure compliance with regulatory guidelines.
- Educate patients and families on health management and post-care instructions.
- Uphold infection control measures to ensure a safe clinical environment.
- Respond efficiently and effectively to emergent situations, demonstrating sound judgment and critical thinking skills.
Qualifications
Associate's Degree Nursing required and Bachelor's Degree Nursing preferred

Experience
