We are seeking a skilled Registered Nurse (RN) for our Operating Room (OR) department at Mass General Brigham.
The successful candidate will have a strong foundation in medical-surgical nursing, with experience in perioperative care. As an OR RN, you will be responsible for delivering high-quality patient care during surgical procedures, collaborating with an interdisciplinary team to ensure seamless operations.
About the Role:
- Staffing: 40 hours per week, with opportunities for overtime.
- Shifts: 8-hour days, with flexible scheduling as needed.
- Patient Care: Providing direct care to patients undergoing various surgical procedures, including orthopedic and general surgeries.
- Collaboration: Working closely with anesthesiologists, surgeons, nurses, and other healthcare professionals to ensure optimal patient outcomes.
Requirements:
- Nursing Experience: Minimum 1 year of medical-surgical nursing experience, preferably in an OR setting.
- Licensure: Current RN licensure in Massachusetts or ability to obtain within 3 months.
