Essential Functions
- Coordinate and support administrative operations to ensure efficient workflow.
- Assist in the development and implementation of process improvements to enhance operational efficiency.
- Collaborate with different departments to resolve operational issues and ensure alignment with organizational goals.
- Prepare reports and documentation to support decision-making and track operational performance.
- Maintain records and ensure compliance with hospital policies and regulatory requirements.
- Provide administrative support for special projects, including research, data collection, and project coordination.
- Communicate effectively with staff and stakeholders to ensure the smooth operation of hospital services.
- Monitor and manage office supplies, equipment, and other resources to support daily operations.
- Assist in the onboarding and training of new staff to ensure smooth integration into the organization.
Education
- Bachelor's Degree Business Administration required or Bachelor's Degree Healthcare Administration required or Bachelor's Degree Related Field of Study required

- Experience in an administrative or operational support role 2-3 years required and Experience in a healthcare setting 1-2 years preferred
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively.

- Analytical skills to assess operational processes and identify areas for improvement.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and other relevant software tools.
