The Opportunity: Patient Care Associate - Danvers Why This Role Is Important? Under the direction of a registered nurse (RN), the Patient Care Associate (PCA) assists the multi-disciplinary health care team in clinical support functions to promote a safe, compassionate patient care environment. Danvers seeking a PCA with Day shift. Skills PCA assists patients with daily living needs, monitoring & reading vital signs, drawing blood, and obtaining EKGs. Responds to patient requests in a timely manner, safeguarding patient confidentiality, monitoring patient safety, and always communicating in a respectful manner. Required: Must have recent experience, and/or training, in clinical patient care. Preferred: Licensed, certified or enrolled student in a Nursing Assistant, Medical Assistant, Mental Health Technician, or EMT accredited program, at the time of hire, OR Candidate enrolled in a Nursing, Pre-Med, PA undergraduate program, with at least one semester of patient care rotations completed, at time of hire.
Schedule: Full-time
Time of Day: M-Friday (1 day off rotating)-4 days total 6am-2:30pm or 7-3:30pm
