- Educate patients, families, and others as directed by the Physical Therapist.

Required skills and qualifications include a graduate degree from an accredited Physical Therapist Assistant program, licensure as a physical therapist assistant in the state of Rhode Island, and effective verbal and written communication skills with the English language. Additionally, candidates should possess basic skills in math and computer science, as well as knowledge of physical therapy treatment techniques to manage the rehabilitation population.
