Job Description
We are seeking a Physical Therapy Assistant to work in various towns, including Roxbury, Dorchester, and Jamaica Plain.

Key Responsibilities
- Provide physical therapy services under the direction of a registered physical therapist.
- Work with patients who have physical impairments resulting from injury, disease, disability, or other causes.
- Collaborate with patient, family, physician, and other allied health professionals to identify patient needs and coordinate services.
Qualifications and Experience
- Two years experience in acute care, rehab, or homecare as a Physical Therapy Assistant.
- Licensed as a Physical Therapist Assistant in Massachusetts.
- Proficient computer skills and ability to learn other software applications.
- Excellent customer service skills and able to work with diverse populations.
- Strong verbal, written, and electronic communications skills.
- Ability to travel within PHH's geographic area.
- Ability to work with various computer software required and knowledge of hand-held patient care computer devices.
