As a Physical Therapist at Mass General Brigham, you will be responsible for providing physical therapy services to patients with impairments, functional limitations, or disabilities resulting from injury, disease, or other causes.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assess and evaluate physical therapy needs according to organizational and professional guidelines
- Develop and implement treatment plans that reflect understanding of patients' age and situation, including discharge plans
- Revised treatment plans based on patient progress towards stated goals
- Ensure complete and timely documentation in accordance with facility and practice guidelines
- Orient, train, and mentor therapy and health care students to achieve stated performance expectations
- Identify and act upon Performance Improvement opportunities to implement best practices
- Complete additional department, organization, or network activities per established objectives
