What are the responsibilities and job description for the Registered Nurse (RN), Interventional Radiology / 37 hours per week, days with call rotation position at Mass General Brigham?
Full time Registered Nurse position, in a busy and innovative Interventional Radiology (IR) Department where you will assist in sedation and patient management during complex image guided procedures. The Interventional Radiology department includes a team of Interventional professionals that include MGH Vascular Surgeons and Board Certified Interventional Radiologists performing complex vascular and non-vascular procedures in the IR department, CT and Hybrid OR with excellent clinical outcomes. Requires someone who can work well as a team, is organized and has attention to detail. Rotational On-Call commitment is required. On call response time is no longer than an hour. Forty-Five minutes or less is preferred.
Graduate of an accredited School of Nursing with an Associate's degree or Baccalaureate degree in Nursing. BSN preferred.
Registration and current RN licensure by the Commonwealth of Massachusetts in good standing required.
BLS, ACLS, Four years nursing experience including 1 year critical care required.
Interventional Radiology/Cath Lab including moderate sedation experience preferred.
