## Role Overview
Join our dynamic Digital team to architect and manage our Azure DevOps Services and GitHub Enterprise Cloud platforms. This strategic position combines technical expertise with Agile methodology implementation to deliver cutting-edge healthcare solutions.
## Key Responsibilities
**Platform Engineering**
- Lead Azure DevOps Services and GitHub Enterprise Cloud platforms
- Develop and maintain CI/CD pipelines
- Implement Git workflows and manage platform resources
**Technical Leadership**
- Guide teams in DevOps best practices
- Design and implement scalable CI/CD infrastructure
- Establish metrics and KPIs for measuring DevOps effectiveness
**Requirements**
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field
- 3 years of hands-on DevOps experience
- Expertise in Azure DevOps Services and/or GitHub Enterprise Cloud
- Strong background in CI/CD principles
- Proficiency in scripting (PowerShell, Python, or Bash)
- Experience with Docker and Kubernetes environments
- Must be legally authorized to work in the United States
**Preferred Qualifications**
- Azure DevOps Engineer/Administrator certifications
- GitHub Administrator/Actions/Advanced Security certifications
- Experience with GitOps workflows
- Knowledge of security and compliance frameworks
