- Assist the Rehab Team Leader in specialty program development and external marketing
- Participate in multidisciplinary rounds and provide educational offerings for staff and the community
- Assess and track outcomes, develop plans based on clinical outcomes and metrics, and mentor peers
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and implement treatment plans for patients with orthopedic and sports-related injuries
- Collaborate with physical therapists, occupational therapists, athletic trainers, and exercise physiologists to ensure comprehensive care
- Participate in daily inpatient discharge planning rounds and maintain accurate medical records
