The Mass General Brigham Medical Group is a system-led operating entity formed by Mass General Brigham to deliver high quality, low cost, innovative community-based ambulatory care. This work stems from Mass General Brigham’s unified system strategy to bring health care closer to patients while lowering total health care costs. The Medical Group provides a wide range of offerings, including primary care, specialty care, behavioral and mental health, and urgent care, both digitally as well as at physical locations in Massachusetts, New Hampshire, and Maine. The group also offers outpatient surgery and endoscopy, imaging, cardiac testing, and infusion. Our Talent Acquisition Team specializes in Ambulatory. We recruit for Primary Care, Urgent Care, and 100 Specialties for 200 practices in 75 unique physical sites across 50 towns/cities. We hire for all position types (clinical, non-clinical, and business support) from entry-level to executive-level - except physicians.

Supports Talent Acquisition team by executing sourcing strategies to build a qualified and diverse candidate pool. Proactively search for candidates using innovative methods including research, social networking, targeted direct calls or outreach, networking at events and identifying alternative channels to source top diverse talent.Qualifications
- HS Diploma or equivalent, Bachelor’s Degree strongly preferred

Due to the remote nature of the role, we ensure that our employees receive required technology and training to be proficient and independently productive in all job responsibilities regardless of work location.
