Job Description
As a Physical Therapist on our team, you will be responsible for providing physical therapy services to patients with impairments, functional limitations, or disabilities resulting from injury, disease, or other causes. You will work collaboratively with other healthcare professionals to develop and implement treatment plans that meet the unique needs of each patient.
Key Responsibilities
- Assess and evaluate patients' physical therapy needs according to organizational and professional guidelines
- Develop and implement individualized treatment plans that reflect an understanding of patients' age and situation
- Revise treatment plans based on patient progress towards stated goals
- Ensure complete, timely, and accurate documentation in accordance with facility and practice guidelines
- Orient, train, and mentor therapy and health care students to achieve stated performance expectations
