As a Physical Therapist in our Outpatient team, you will be responsible for directing, implementing, and evaluating patient care. You will establish treatment plans and goals with patient input, documenting and communicating necessary patient information as required. Delegating and supervising patient-related tasks to assistants, aides, and support personnel, you will ensure seamless coordination of care.
Collaborating with other disciplines, you will provide coordinated interdisciplinary patient care, supporting Organizational Excellence and customer satisfaction. Within the scope of job requirements, you will contribute to the ongoing professional development of self, department, and Mass General Brigham.
