Mass Pediatric ABA is hiring a full-time, experienced and motivated Board-Certified Behavior Analyst to services clients and families 100% remotely. We are looking for a motivated and enthusiastic person to join our growing team of dedicated professionals working with families to make a difference in the lives of our clients through in-home ABA therapy and support.

Mass Pediatric ABA is offering a salary of $68,000-$72,000 based on education and experience. BCBA's who are employed with the company will receive a sign on bonus of $500 after 6 months of employment!
Our BCBA will:
Conduct initial assessments, reassessments, and write progress reports
Develop & monitor individualized treatment plans and behavior support plans
Supervise and train Behavior Technicians, including RBT Competency Assessments and ongoing supervision.
Visually analyze and provide feedback on utilization of scheduled hours with Behavior Technicians
Develop and monitor individual behavior management protocols and behavior intervention plans
Provide support, instruction, and feedback to families and caregivers with regard to managing challenging behaviors and teaching replacement behaviors through the principles of ABA
Conduct Functional Behavior Assessments and Functional Analysis of all problem behaviors when needed and clinically warranted
Review program effectiveness, make recommendations, monitor data collection, and graph/monitor progress

Requirements:
- Current BCBA Certification and LABA
- Master's Degree in Psychology, Education, Special Education, or related field
- Previous ABA Experience
- Completed CORI background check
