Located in Greater Boston, MassBay is a comprehensive, open-access community college offering associate degrees and certificate programs on three campuses in Wellesley Hills, Framingham, and Ashland, Massachusetts.
Position Summary :
The idealcandidate will join a vibrant and inclusive educational community and have adesire and ability to work with a diverse population. This is a part-time, student employmentposition with no benefits.
As a member ofthe End User Services team, this individual provides technical support ofcomputer and audiovisual resources and events.
Key Responsibilities and Duties :
- Monitor open computer lab, assisting students with applications such as Blackboard and Microsoft Office;
- Assist faculty with IT classroom support issues;
- Support College-wide and multi-campus audiovisual services in classrooms, meeting rooms, and auditorium;
- Maintain printer paper supply levels and replace printer consumables such as toner cartridges and waste containers.
