Cape Cod Central Railroad is currently hiring for the role of Utility Supervisor. The Utility Supervisor will be responsible for supervising, scheduling and overseeing the Coach Cleaning Team members and acting in accordance with Cape Cod Central Railroad’s established standards, instructions, and procedures. The Cleaning Team is responsible for the detailed cleaning of the interior of passenger railcars. This is a critical role in ensuring a pleasant and safe environment for employees and train guests. Requirements:
- Supervise, train, schedule and oversee the Cleaning Team
- Clean train cars
- Maintain inventory of cleaning supplies
- Follow established safety procedures and guidelines
- Report any train car maintenance or repair needs to Manager
- Must be self motivated, able to work with minimal supervision, and to function cooperatively as part of a team
- Attentive to details and strong problem solver
- Ability to work Weekends and Holidays as needed
- Typical schedule is Wednesday - Sunday during May-December.
