Duties and Responsibilities (these duties are a general summary and not all-inclusive):
- Perform administrative reviews to ensure compliance and adherence to established protocols
- Produce comprehensive action plans for investigations
- Monitor the CRT process conducted by DDS field staff, ensuring completion within specified timelines and maintaining high-quality standards.
- Facilitate regular meetings with Program Monitors and other stakeholders to foster collaboration and effective problem solving
- Assess trends and patterns emerging from monitoring activities, reporting findings to the Regional Director for process improvement
- Monitor the Incident Management system in the Home and Community Service Information System (HCSIS) for accurate and timely data entry
- Act as a liaison between the Area Office, DDS Investigations Unit, and Disabled Persons Protection Commission (DPPC) investigations unit, ensuring efficient communication and coordination
- Complete the request for reconsideration of administrative reviews in collaboration with DDS Senior Investigator
- Serve as a valuable resource for DDS area offices and staff, providing necessary training and support
- Contribute to the Regional Mortality Review Committee, engaging in critical discussions to improve services and outcomes
Preferred Qualifications
- Highly effective organizational skills
- Strong ability to interact professionally and appropriately with diverse individuals, both in an office environment and in the field
- Excellent verbal and writing skills
- Proficiency in data management and Microsoft Excel
- Well-honed conflict resolution skills
- Five (5) years of human services experience, demonstrating practical expertise and a comprehensive understanding of the field
- Bachelors degree - preferably in Human Services
- In-depth knowledge of DDS management hierarchy and functionality
Please Note: This is Full-time, 37.5 hour position.
Shift: 8:45am - 5:00pm
Days Off: Saturday and Sunday
Flexibility required to meet the needs of the Region.

Qualifications
MINIMUM ENTRANCE REQUIREMENTS:
Applicants must have at least (A) four (4) years of full-time or, equivalent part-time, professional, professional internship, administrative, supervisory, or managerial experience in business administration, business management, public administration, public management, clinical administration or clinical management or (B) any equivalent combination of the required experience and substitutions below.
Substitutions:
I. A certificate in a relevant or related field may be substituted for one (1) year of the required experience.
II. An Associate's degree in a related field may be substituted for one (1) year of the required experience.
III. A Bachelor's degree in a related field may be substituted for two (2) years of the required experience.
IV. A Graduate degree in a related field may be substituted for three (3) years of the required experience.
V. A Doctorate degree in a related field may be substituted for the required experience.
Salary placement is determined by a combination of factors, including the candidate’s years of directly related experience and education, and alignment with our internal compensation structure as set forth by the Human Resources Division’s Hiring Guidelines. For all bargaining unit positions (non-management), compensation is subject to the salary provisions outlined in the applicable collective bargaining agreement and will apply to placement within the appropriate salary range.
