Massachusetts Design is seeking a skilled Manual Spray Warehouse Associate to join our team. This role involves manually spraying doors and related parts with coatings, ensuring high-quality finishes are applied. As a key member of our warehouse team, you will help maintain inventory, follow safety protocols, and ensure the quality of products throughout the spraying process.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manually spray doors and related parts with coatings, ensuring an even, smooth finish according to specifications.
- Prepare and mix spray materials for use on doors and parts.
- Handle and position doors and parts carefully to ensure proper spraying techniques and uniform coverage.
- Perform quality checks on sprayed doors and parts to ensure the finish meets company standards.
- Maintain a clean and safe workspace, ensuring adherence to all safety regulations.
- Assist with inventory management, including receiving, organizing, and shipping doors and parts.
- Follow company procedures and safety guidelines to maintain a safe and efficient work environment.
Qualifications:
- Previous experience in a warehouse, manufacturing, or production environment preferred.
- Experience with manual spraying of doors, parts, or similar products is a plus.
- Ability to follow detailed instructions and safety protocols.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to perform quality inspections of finished products.

Job Type: Full-time
