Skills
- Effective customer service orientation and the ability to interact with diverse groups of patients, staff and providers.
- Demonstrated ability to solve basic patient and practice problems using a combination of strong interpersonal and communication skills, attention to detail and superior organizational skills.
- Ability to lift and transport patients, using the appropriate physical technique, in a safe manner for the patient and self.
· Preferred: Must have recent experience, and/or training, in clinical patient care.
- Required: Licensed, certified or enrolled student in a Nursing Assistant, Medical Assistant, Mental Health Technician, or EMT accredited program, at the time of hire, OR Candidate enrolled in a Nursing program Pre-Med or PA undergraduate program with at least one semester of patient care rotations completed at time of hire.
