Job Summary
Development & Fundraising :
- Cultivate, solicit, and secure six-figure gifts. Oversee major donor portfolios for the President / CEO and key volunteers.
- Partner with the board to drive philanthropic strategy, set donor goals, and inspire networks.
- Manage funder relationships, proposals, and budgets to ensure consistent grant revenue.
- Design cultivation activities and donor engagement events to deepen relationships and secure long-term support.
- Maintain and analyze Salesforce donor data to identify trends and measure success.
