What are the responsibilities and job description for the Nurse ICU Float Pool position at Massachusetts General Hospital?

RN's will be responsible for providing care for patients in the Divisional Critical Care Resource Pool. They will be cross-trained over time to cover several different critical care areas including Medical ICU, Burn ICU, Neuro ICU, Surgical ICU, Cardiac Surgical ICU and Cardiac ICU. Assignments on each unit may extend across several weeks or months, allowing each nurse to develop a diverse set of skills. BSN is required. Current licensure in Massachusetts as a registered nurse is required. 2 years ICU experience.
